About small projects :

A handyman or a handywoman is a skilled worker you can hire to perform small odd jobs related to home improvement. A handyperson can do various tasks for you like installing sporting equipment and fixtures, performing general maintenance or installing kitchen cabinets. Typically, a do-it-yourselfer will charge you for a service based on your

requirements, the complexity of the job and how much time it will take to complete.

SERVICES :

  • Experience

A handyman's skill level can change its time to complete a task. Typically the more experienced they are, the less time it will take them to finish the job. The less experienced, the longer it will take them.

  • Cost Per Hour vs Cost Per Job

we have two methods to quote a project. They either charge based on how long the project will take to complete (cost per hour) or charge a flat rate based on the job's complexity. We must know whether the handyman will charge you an hourly or flat rate for the particular job.

  • The Complexity of the Job

our price, whether charging you per hour or job, will change based on the job's complexity. Before hiring, make sure you discuss the task details. You must ask if this task comes under our skill level and requires any permits or licenses.

  • Material Costs

We have the essential tools and supplies we might need to complete a job. These building supplies include nails, screws, nuts and bolts. We carry universal toolboxes, which saves a lot of time and money if you sometimes need to buy unique materials to complete a job. When discussing your project with a potential handyperson, make sure you ask for any extra materials required. You can buy this material yourself or ask us to buy it on your behalf. The cost of the material will be added to your final invoice.

  • Sending a picture of the proposed task can also help to determine whether you need extra material or not. For example, if you're getting new windows installed, share pictures of window frames with your handyman. This will help them decide whether to buy new hinges and screws for the job or use some from their toolbox.
